Who says gluten-free food doesn’t taste good? Certainly not me.

After numerous hospital visits in 2006, and the disturbing fact that I was 95 lbs., my mother suggested that I be tested for a gluten intolerance. My response was “what’s a gluten”? Sounds silly now, but when I sit and think about how far I have come since then, there is no advice I appreciate more. A blood test and an upper endoscopy later, viola! Celiac Disease.

Many people I meet along the way say things like ‘Wow! That must be really tough.’ I follow-up telling them that it’s really quite easy.

Cooking and baking gluten-free from scratch admittedly may have come easy to me since I grew up in an Italian household with a father who’s 4th love is cooking; 1st is mom; 2nd is his 3 lovely daughters; 3rd is work (followed closely by a great Chianti).

While we specialize in gluten-free cooking, if you have other dietary needs, we can accommodate those as well.
